DORA WYNCHANK

Psychiatrist specialising in adult ADHD, currently working at the Intensive Specialist Programme for ADHD at PsyQ in The Hague and as a researcher at the Expertise Centre for ADHD. Originally from South Africa, she moved to the Netherlands in 2014 and completed her PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, focusing on the relationships between ADHD, sleep, and biological rhythms. Dr Wynchank has published and presented her research internationally, with particular interests in ADHD and sleep disorders, women’s experiences of ADHD, and the effects of reproductive hormonal fluctuations. She also serves as editor for the DIVA Foundation, which provides a diagnostic interview for ADHD in 30 languages, and regularly delivers training in Dutch, English, and French, collaborating closely with ADHD advocacy organisations.
